All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on findings during repair. Estimates do not constitute a guarantee of final cost unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access to equipment, fixtures, and work areas. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information may affect timelines and pricing.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to repair and restore LED systems efficiently, not all systems are repairable due to age, prior modifications, manufacturer defects, or irreversible component failure. No guarantee is made that a repair will fully restore original performance or lifespan.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, ASAP LED Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of ASAP LED Repair and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Governing Law

1. Repair Nature of Services
LED repair involves working with electrical components, power supplies, drivers, circuit boards, and lighting systems that may have pre-existing wear, defects, or damage. Repairs are performed based on visible and testable conditions at the time of service.
2. No Manufacturer Warranty Assumption
ASAP LED Repair is not the original manufacturer of LED products and does not assume responsibility for manufacturer defects, recalls, or warranty coverage unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Limited Repair Warranty
Any warranty offered applies only to the specific repair performed, not to the entire lighting system or unrelated components. Warranty terms, if applicable, will be provided in writing at the time of service.
4. Pre-Existing Conditions
ASAP LED Repair is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
Electrical surges or improper voltage
Environmental exposure (heat, moisture, corrosion)
Improper installation by third parties
Prior repairs or modifications
5. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, ASAP LED Repair shall not be held liable for:
Loss of business revenue
Downtime or operational interruptions
Secondary damage unrelated to the specific repair performed
6. Client Responsibility
The client confirms that all electrical systems are compliant with applicable codes and agrees to inform ASAP LED Repair of any known hazards, system irregularities, or prior issues before service begins.
